Meet Christine and her Dog Guide Ryden from Cobourg, Ontario. Both Christine and her husband live with Multiple Sclerosis (M.S.). Christine still lives a full and active life with the support of Ryden. “Ryden is always picking up items that I dropped. She closes doors and nudges them open on request. Ryden has even barked for help when my wheelchair got stuck in the snow” says Christine.
What does your support mean to teams like Christine and Ryden? According to Christine “Lions Foundation of Canada solely depends on donations to help people like myself. I am very thankful to Pet Valu for sponsoring Ryden. We could not do this without Sponsors like you.”
